BYOD policy template
The BYOD policy every small business should have — especially before a Cyber Essentials submission.
Bring-your-own-device is the largest single source of scope confusion at assessment time. If staff use personal phones or laptops for corporate email or documents, you either bring those devices under control or explicitly keep corporate data off them.
This template is also included in the six-policy pack. Download it alone if BYOD is your immediate gap.

Your email is deleted from our system 30 days after we send the download unless you opt into occasional updates. We’ve never sent a cold email; we don’t plan to start.
